Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks to the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris at the end of each shift.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Perform basic site preparation including digging, pouring, or general cleanup.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long shifts (10+ hours) withstanding varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
