Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow instructions from site foremen and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
