Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction activities including site preparation, material hauling, and debris removal.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled foremen.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and site plans when applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
