Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up staging areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Support Trades: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the night shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Prior construction labor experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
