Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools to work sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and according to guidelines.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with digging, trenching, carpentry, and concrete work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to ensure project accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
