Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, material handling, and debris removal during overnight shifts
- Operate hand/power tools safely under OSHA guidelines
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with crew leads on project timelines and quality standards
- Document work progress and material usage in daily logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication abilities
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
