Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and project-specific guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Complete daily time logs and incident reports as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
