Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, cleaning, and setting up equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and correctly.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Perform routine site maintenance and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
