Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and equipment efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, concrete work, and framing.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform general site preparation, digging, leveling, and debris removal as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards and regulations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills with the crew.
- Valid government-issued ID and eligibility to work in the USA.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
