Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment, tools, and machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various onsite tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all project specifications, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
