Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and general maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations on-site.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure the work area is organized and safe for the team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
