Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and waste regularly.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (e.g., brooms, shovels, forklifts) under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or site plans when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
