Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as framing, drywalling, or concrete pouring.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools (power drills, saws) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain safety standards.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and stock them in designated areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
