Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with various daily tasks.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing general cleanup duties.
- Measurement: Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as directed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License (Preferred but not always required).
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory for eager learners.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work various shifts.
