Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks to the job site.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
