Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily operations.
- Operate heavy construction equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize storage areas.
- Perform site cleanup duties including debris removal and waste sorting.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Experience with power tools and basic construction equipment is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
