Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction duties, including site preparation and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We welcome beginners and provide full on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
