Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with construction tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Clean and prepare job sites daily
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, etc.)
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist with demolition and debris removal
- Maintain organized tool sheds and material storage areas
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Basic English communication skills
