Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized and clean job sites throughout the workday
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete minor demolition and excavation tasks as assigned
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Los Angeles County
- No prior construction experience necessary – training provided
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License or Passport)
- Must pass basic drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
