As a laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations, working alongside skilled tradespeople to bring high-quality projects to life. Whether you are digging foundations, framing, or assisting with concrete work, your role is vital to our success.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training is provided.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
