Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up barriers.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Assist Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, and masons with daily tasks, measurements, and general labor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at the end of each shift.
- Basic Machinery: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under direct supervision.
Qualifications
