Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment
- Load and unload construction materials at job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
- Perform basic concrete work including mixing and pouring

Qualifications
