Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris, trash, and hazards.
- Perform site preparation duties, including excavation, digging, and general cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, lifting, and bending.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
