Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging construction materials and equipment.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, hauling, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision.

- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the foreman.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No previous construction experience required (training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
