Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, concrete, and roofing.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety signs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not mandatory.
