Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on commercial and residential construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various duties, including carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision when trained.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in excavation, digging, and site preparation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix, AZ location.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
