Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, excavating, and leveling the ground.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as jackhammers, power saws, and forklifts (when certified).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform general labor tasks including painting, sanding, and assembling temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
