Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and execute instructions from site supervisors
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic construction tools (hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves)
- Experience with concrete, demolition, or framing preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
- Physical stamina to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
