Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including site preparation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily timesheets and job reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in desert conditions
- Basic tool experience (hammers, saws, drills)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
