Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Participate in daily site briefings and team coordination
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic construction tools knowledge (hammers, levels, saws)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
