Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete daily progress reports and timecards accurately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
