Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical tasks in all weather
- Report safety hazards and maintain compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with construction tools/materials preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early mornings/weekends)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to submit to background/drug screening
