Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup

- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, roofing, and finishing work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Maintain project sites by organizing materials and removing debris
- Complete daily progress reports and time sheets accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass mandatory pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels) preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
