Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and construction tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and physical labor as project demands
- Complete daily timecards and safety compliance documentation
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (provided)
