Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and repetitive physical tasks
- Assist in setting up/breaking down job site equipment
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Physical stamina to work 8-10 hour days in all weather
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings/weekends)
- No prior experience required – training provided
