Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform trenching, shoveling, digging, and other physical labor tasks
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and demolition as needed
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fort Worth area
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Ability to follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- No felony convictions (background check required)
