Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, levels) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Read basic blueprints and follow project specifications
- Transport materials using equipment (hand trucks, dollies) and assist with equipment operation
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to meet weekend project deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required – we train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically strenuous tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and weekend availability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
