Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project-specific tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and safety compliance
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow verbal/written instructions from supervisors
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform strenuous physical activity
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Jacksonville, FL and GA regions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Construction safety training (OSHA 10 preferred but not required)
