Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Transport materials and equipment using company vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
