Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction activities and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation under supervision.
- Lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
