Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including carpentry, concrete pouring, and general site cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper organization and safety on the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and a strong desire to work in the construction industry.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting and standing.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
