Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and waste.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and tamping soil.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and project managers.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in general construction or labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
