Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic tools (hammers, saws, shovels) safely
- Maintain organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Read blueprints and execute instructions from supervisors
- Perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
- Support demolition and foundation work as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification (will provide training)
