Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools with precision and safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) on diverse projects
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic tool operation skills (shovels, saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong teamwork ethic and reliable attendance
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
