Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide training.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading blueprints (preferred but not required).
