Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform basic demolition, excavation, and site preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout projects
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision

Qualifications
