Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials safely and efficiently.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and trash regularly.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Measurements: Perform basic measurements and help with basic layout tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior construction experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well within a team.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
