Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks.
- Follow site safety protocols and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Prepare and clean work areas, including debris removal and site restoration.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders to understand project requirements.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy loads.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations is preferred.
