Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, and plumbers) with daily site operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and staging areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and verbal instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to learn and strictly adhere to safety guidelines.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
