Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies to designated work areas
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support foundation work, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Participate in team briefings and adhere to project timelines and specifications
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
